Manatt’s Jason Taketa, a partner in the corporate and finance group, and Brian Korn, leader of the financial services mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and finance group, represented TradeRiver USA, Inc., in the successful closing of a $40 million financing transaction with Kalamata Partners.
This financing provided TradeRiver with additional lending capital and aided the company in an extension of its credit facility with Congressional Bank. Manatt additionally reviewed transaction flow and financing options for the company.
TradeRiver is a Baltimore-based online funding platform that offers financial solutions and provides credit, online purchasing, payment and transaction services. Kalamata Partners provides financing to small businesses to promote growth and create jobs.
