Manatt’s Elizabeth Levin, a senior associate in the real estate transactions and finance group, has received the coveted Outstanding Young Lawyer title by the Real Property section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She will be presented with an award on May 30 at the Hotel Indigo in Los Angeles. Levin is one of only five young lawyers in Los Angeles County to receive this prestigious award, which recognizes up and coming attorneys who’ve displayed great talent in handling significant, high-impact matters for clients.
Levin’s recent work includes assisting the Los Angeles County Museum of Art with portions of the pending redevelopment of its existing museum campus. She works with a variety of clients, including The Macerich Company and a national healthcare provider. Her recent matters include negotiating and managing several large scale office tower and build to suit leases for a leading publicly traded technology company, negotiation of a construction contract for an international airport and the acquisition of a five-star hotel.
