Co-lead of Manatt’s privacy and data security practice Scott Lashway spoke with Bloomberg Law about the limited California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) private right of action and the expected spike in litigation surrounding data breaches once the CCPA goes into effect on January 1, 2020.
