Manatt’s Kenneth Julian, co-chair of the firm’s corporate investigations and white collar defense practice , was interviewed by the Daily Journal for an article on Bill Cosby’s anticipated appeal.

Julian told the publication that jurors heard “an outrageous amount of other-acts evidence,” which he expects Cosby’s appellate team to attack in its appeal.

“It’s just too much for a jury to process, and I think that that’s probably going to be one of the main issues that [they’ll] focus on,” said Julian.
