The Trump administration has completed its first 100 days. As the president’s agenda and appointments take shape, panelists in the Daily Journal’s White Collar Defense Roundtable explored how white-collar regulatory and enforcement priorities might change, and where they are likely to remain largely the same under the new leadership. They also discussed what’s next for the Yates Memo, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act enforcement and white-collar issues on the horizon.
