The Daily Journal covered Manatt’s representation of Blue Vine Capital Inc. in negotiating a $75 million warehouse credit line. Sophia Yen, a partner in the firm’s entertainment and media practice, led the team that handled the negotiations for BlueVine.
BlueVine, launched about four years ago, offers business owners access to capital through its online financing platform. The company offers a factoring credit line of $20,000 to $2 million. These new funds will allow BlueVine to expand its line of credit financing and enhance the company's working capital, according to a news release.
In addition to Yen, the team also included partner Hale Boggs and associates Veronica Lah and Darren Kerstien. Partner Chuck Washburn also provided support.
