American Banker covered Manatt’s representation of Sierra Vista Bank in its sale to Central Valley Community Bancorp for $24 million. Sierra Vista, based in Folsom, California, will be Central Valley’s fourth bank acquisition.
The acquisition, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2016, will expand Central Valley’s presence in Northern California and enhance opportunities for businesses, customers, employees, the community and the bank.
The Manatt team was led by partner David Gershon and included partners David Herbst and Donald Fitzgerald.
