Manatt Energy and Environment Partner David C. Smith will present as a panelist on a webinar titled “Corporate Climate Reporting Requirements: A Fast-Changing Landscape,” hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) on December 10, 2024.
