Scott Schwartz will speak on a panel, titled “Doing Your Due Diligence: Conducting IP Diligence in the Context of Entertainment Transactions,” at the American Bar Association (ABA) Entertainment & Sports Industries and the Section of Intellectual Property Law Inaugural Joint conference on November 14–16, 2024 at Resorts World Las Vegas.

The panel will delve deeper into the topic of intellectual property due diligence, discussing how the diligence process may differ depending on the nature of the transaction, chain of title and other key issues that may arise, and how to address deficiencies discovered during the diligence process.
