Manatt Energy and Environment Partner and Leader Matthew D. Williamson will moderate a panel titled “Challenges for Energy & Natural Resources in California,” at the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law-Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) 2023 Institute for Corporate Counsel in Los Angeles on December 6, 2023.

The panelists will assess the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and Southern California Gas Company’s roles in California with an eye to preparing for the future. They will debate the influence of climate and population alterations on daily life and commerce in Southern California, as well as the role of local and federal laws.
