Manatt Health Director Alex Morin will facilitate a roundtable titled, “One Year Later: Reproductive Healthcare Workforce in the Wake of Dobbs,” at the 2023 Annual AAMC Meeting on November 4th, 2023. The event will take place in Seattle, Washington from November 3-7. 

The Dobbs decision unleashed a series of shocks to the workforce pipeline, beginning with undergraduate medical education through residency through to clinical practice. This table discussion will focus on the impact of these shocks and how they are playing out in real time for programs across the country, and what solutions we should be considering protecting the pipeline going forward.
