Manatt Financial Services Associate Eric Knight will speak on new commercial financing disclosure requirements at the 2023 Alternative Finance Bar Association (AFBA) Conference, to be held in New York City on June 6, 2023.

The AFBA was created to facilitate the exchange of information with attorney members concerning issues of common interest in the field of alternative finance, offering panel discussions, workshops, seminars and other educational events to encourage an open exchange of professional dialogue. Eric’s panel will discuss commercial financing disclosures in California, New York, Georgia, Florida and Connecticut, regulation of “junk fees,” and broker conduct.
