Manatt Consumer Protection Leader and Partner Christine Reilly will speak on a panel session titled “Who’s Calling or Clicking? Class Action Updates & Current Trends in Privacy” during the Institute for Corporate Counsel (ICC) on November 30. Panelists will provide an overview of various privacy regulations, including how companies can navigate these regulations and avoid and manage related class action lawsuits, and what to expect as these rules and regulations evolve.
ICC is a nonprofit organization that operates in collaboration with the USC Gould School of Law and the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Business Law Section. For more than 30 years, the institute has hosted a premier, daylong event in Los Angeles providing sophisticated and practical continuing legal education, focusing on the intersection of law, politics and business, as well as highlighting current topics, perspectives and strategies for dealing with the evolving challenges of corporate representation and governance vital to Southern California’s business lawyers.
Manatt is proud to sponsor this event.
