Senior Appellate Counsel Michael Berger will speak at Washington University School of Law’s virtual Festschrift Symposium honoring Daniel Mandelker on September 28.
Professor Daniel Mandelker, the Howard A. Stamper Professor of Law Emeritus, taught at Washington School of Law from 1962 until his recent retirement on July 1 and was a renowned scholar of land use law. Berger, a former student and research assistant of Mandelker’s from 1966 to 1967, and several authors representing Mandelker’s major areas of research will speak at the event.
