Manatt’s Richard Hartunian, partner in the firm’s investigations and white collar group, will co-chair the American Conference Institute’s Fourth Annual Summit on Controlled Substances – Regulation, Litigation and Enforcement on June 14-15, 2021. Rick will also serve as moderator for a summit session, titled “Conversation with the DEA: Federal Enforcement Initiatives.”

This annual conference brings together professionals from across the legal, health care and pharmaceutical industries to share the latest regulatory and enforcement updates with regard to controlled substances. It also provides an opportunity for peers to discuss best practices for responding to investigations and how to assist with combating the opioid abuse epidemic.
