Jordan Bromley, leader of Manatt’s entertainment transactions and finance practice, will speak on a virtual panel titled “Digital Streaming: Envisioning a More Equitable Model” at Mondo.NYC’s Music & Tech Law Symposium on October 15. The event will discuss recent U.K.-based government hearings on the fairness of how digital and streaming royalties are split, user-centric and other digital payment models, and the changes needed in laws and regulations in order to rebalance digital royalty payments.
