Manatt’s Richard Hartunian, a partner in the firm’s investigations and white collar group, will co-chair the American Conference Institute’s third Annual Summit on Controlled Substances on July 21–22, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s conference will be presented online.

This annual conference brings together professionals from across the legal, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to share the latest regulatory and enforcement updates with regard to controlled substances. It also provides an opportunity for peers to discuss best practices for responding to investigations and how to assist with combating the opioid abuse epidemic.
