Manatt will again sponsor Novogradac’s New Markets Tax Credit Conference. The two-day program will offer exclusive updates on strategy, insights into organizational solutions, thought leadership on key industry trends and valuable networking opportunities. This winter edition of the NMTC conference will take place Jan. 24–25 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California.

Neil Faden, partner in Manatt’s corporate and finance practice, will participate on the panel titled “Investor Roundtable” on Jan. 24. The panel will address the status of NMTC equity pricing, the appetite for credits and what will likely happen going forward. Manatt tax partner Megan Christensen will also attend the conference. Neil and Megan continue to distinguish themselves as pre-eminent thought leaders with respect to NMTC matters and have participated in several of Novogradac’s NMTC conferences.
