The Manatt Women's Initiative will host the presentation, “Creating and Nurturing a Sustainable Organization” on Thursday, February 7, 2019. The event will be held concurrently in Manatt offices, connected by video conference.

Speaker, Dr. Betty Uribe’s message is simple yet powerful: Living and leading with values gets results. The interactive program will focus on exploring the broad spectrum of leadership types and the unifying principle and importance of values in nurturing an organization. Learn to identify your strengths and those of your leadership team, and lead effectively when you face obstacles “in the trenches.” Dr. Betty  will provide decision-making tools, advice and encouragement to help anyone become a better leader.

Dr. Betty Uribe  arrived in the United States from Colombia at the age of 12 and did not speak any English. Her first job was cleaning houses to help support her family. Today, she is a world-renowned international speaker, senior banking executive, consultant and author. The secret to her success? Values-based leadership.
