Manatt partner Richard Lawson will be a featured speaker at the Retail Law Conference 2018, hosted by the Retail Industry Leaders Association and sponsored for the third time by Manatt.

Lawson's presentation, titled “Enforcement, Not Rules. The New Digital Landscape for Net Neutrality,” will give an overview of the net neutrality landscape, the lawsuits that have been filed in light of changes to net neutrality rules, and the antitrust and consumer protection theories that are likely to dominate the Internet in the coming years.

The conference will take place Oct. 10–12 at the Hilton Austin in Austin, TX, and will bring together experienced speakers to address critical industry issues facing retail lawyers.
