ACI’s 24th annual National Forum on Residential Mortgage Regulatory Enforcement & Litigation will provide expert strategies on navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, overcoming litigation hurdles, and preparing for new and emerging government enforcement initiatives. The event will be held Sept. 25–26 in Dallas, TX.
Richard Gottlieb, partner and co-chair of Manatt’s financial services practice group, will speak at the event along with three judges in a session titled “A View From the Bench: The Judges Speak.”
