The Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel will hold a panel session to discuss the critical role executives and the board play in cybersecurity governance and risk management. Manatt will host the panel session in its Los Angeles office on April 27 and in its Orange County office on April 28. Donna Wilson, chair of Manatt's Privacy and Data Security practice and co-chair of Manatt's Financial Services Litigation practice, will speak at the event.
