Richard Gottlieb, partner in the financial services litigation practice, will co-chair ACI’s 21st National Residential Mortgage Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Conference at the Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West in Dallas, TX on September 26 and 27, 2016. The conference is designed to provide attendees with the latest insights and expert advice on defending against lending, servicing and foreclosure litigation and on preparing for increased enforcement efforts and the evolving regulatory paradigm at both the federal and state levels.
Donna Wilson, chair of Manatt’s privacy and data security practice and co-chair of the financial services litigation practice, will moderate a panel on key insights from federal and state governments on the changing residential mortgage regulatory and enforcement landscape and on how to prepare for and respond to examinations and supervision in a multiagency environment on September 26.
