Richard Gottlieb, a partner in Manatt’s Consumer Financial Services practice, has been invited to speak at the American Conference Institute’s 26th National Conference on Consumer Finance Class Actions & Litigation, taking place in Chicago, IL, on July 28-29. Richard’s panel is titled, “Supreme Court Roundup – Campbell-Ewald, Tyson Foods, Spokeo and Beyond.”

This two-day ACI conference will provide in-house and outside counsel with expert strategies for navigating class actions, litigation, and government enforcement actions and examinations in the consumer finance industry.
