Mandana Massoumi, a partner in Manatt’s employment and labor practice, has been invited to moderate a panel of in-house counsel speakers at the American Conference Institute’s 28th Annual National Forum on Wage and Hour Claims and Class Actions at the Park Central Hotel in San Francisco, CA. The two-day conference is the nation’s premier wage and hour forum, where attendees can hone their strategies to defend against new and innovative claims and prepare for emerging regulations and evolving enforcement priorities.

Mandana’s panel is titled “In-House Insight on Preventing and Managing Wage and Hour Litigation; Responding to Enhanced Enforcement; Compliance Strategies; Selecting and Retaining Law Firms and Distribution of Legal Spend in Today’s Environment; and More” and it will be held on September 26.
