On June 30-July 3, 2013, the American Health Law Association will hold its In-House Counsel Program and Annual Meeting in San Diego, California.  Michael Kolber, an associate based in Manatt's New York office, has been asked to participate as a panelist in the session titled "The Dash to 2014: The Scramble to Implement Health Reform in Individual and Group Health Coverage."

 

The program will focus on the 2014 healthcare system and how it will function for individuals, employers and healthcare providers, address the structure and function of state health insurance exchanges, and discuss considerations for employers who are considering whether to modify, eliminate or expand existing plans, among other topics.

 

The meeting will be held at the Manchester Hyatt.
