Manatt partner to serve as faculty at WOMMA's Talkable Brands Exchange

On October 11, 2011, the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) will host its annual Talkable Brands Exchange at which industry thought leaders from brands, agencies and service providers will discuss tactics for promoting “talkable” brands via social media and avoiding legal and regulatory land mines. One of the primary objectives of the conference is to help improve collaboration between companies' marketing and legal departments in an effort to use social media marketing in ways that are compelling and compliant with the law.

The event will be held at the American Express Headquarters in New York.
