Manatt partner Michael Polentz will be speaking at the 4th Annual Construction Law Conference hosted by CLE on March 4-5, 2010 at the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco, California. Mr. Polentz will offer his expertise as a real estate and land use attorney to speak on the Design-Build Update: New Projects and New Legislation panel. The conference will offer comprehensive coverage on topics addressing the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, and construction and public infrastructure in the era of Federal Stimulus Funding.
