Lukey Named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s Go To Lawyers Business Litigation 2024 List

Manatt Investigations, Compliance and White Collar Defense Partner Joan Lukey was recognized as a 2024 Go To Lawyer in Business Litigation by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Lukey, who served as the first woman president of the American College of Trial Lawyers, is a renowned legal pioneer with extensive experience representing high-impact clients in litigation. Her litigation work includes trying more than 100 cases to jury verdict and judgement as well as arguing about 60 federal and state appeals. Currently, she represents attorney Margaret Sheehan, in a recently filed federal lawsuit for violation of Sheehan’s civil rights, among other claims, and Harvard University, in connection with several high-profile putative class actions.
