With over 25 years of IP experience and a reputation among clients as a true industry partner, Jacobs was highlighted as the lead counsel for the Estate of Pop Smoke in a case defending them against pre-litigation copyright infringement and accounting claims from a producer and for representing Downtown Music Group and its subsidiary DashGo in a royalty dispute with an artificial intelligence music company.
