Hunter Named a Notable Real Estate Leader by Crain’s New York Business for 2024

Manatt Real Estate Partner Ted Hunter was named one of Crain’s New York Business’ Notable Real Estate Leaders for the third year in a row.

Recognized for his work as a commercial real estate dealmaker in New York and beyond, Ted was spotlighted for recent projects such as the lease of a 320,000 square foot suburban New York City headquarters campus for one of the largest consumer products companies in the world, the completion of workouts of numerous defaulted mortgage and mezzanine loans and the recapitalization of joint ventures in several distressed real estate investments. Additionally, Ted’s profile detailed his work closing on modifications to the project documents for the privatization of lodging on 40 US military installations in 26 states, including amendments to the project’s 50 year ground lease, amendments and an extension to the hotel management agreement, and modifications to the project’s $815 million construction/permanent loan facility.
