Recognized for his work as a commercial real estate dealmaker in New York and beyond, Ted was spotlighted for recent projects such as the lease of a 320,000 square foot suburban New York City headquarters campus for one of the largest consumer products companies in the world, the completion of workouts of numerous defaulted mortgage and mezzanine loans and the recapitalization of joint ventures in several distressed real estate investments.
