Manatt is proud to once again be recognized on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index, which showcases how U.S.-based companies are promoting LGBTQIA+ friendly workplace policies in the U.S. and abroad.

The 1,384 participating U.S. businesses that participated this year were scored on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQIA+ workplace equality, including:

• Inclusive benefits for medical coverage, family formation and gender transition care

• Supporting an inclusive LGBTQIA+ culture through training, accountability and data collection, among others

• Corporate social responsibility guidelines and engagements
