Co-Leader of Manatt’s Privacy and Data Security practice Scott Lashway, Leader of Manatt Energy and Environmental Craig Moyer and Manatt Health Partner Helen Pfister were named 2022 BTI Consulting Client Service All-Stars for delivering the best client service by the most demanding clients.
In his profile, clients noted that Lashway "is an expert on our cybersecurity matters in the U.S." in addition to being "very sharp and always on top of our privacy and data security issues." In his client philosophy, Lashway stated, "I aim to be a strategic and tactical legal advisor who answers clients’ questions and helps mitigate risks in the context of their business and legal needs, wants and objectives."
Moyer's clients declared that they "have been impressed by Craig's service and how well connected he is." Moyer discussed his own client philosophy as well, stating, "As a business partner, you can become that trusted advisor who is a relentless and effective advocate for the client both internally and externally, whether that advocacy involves a crisis, litigation, a transaction or a regulatory matter."
Pfister received similar acclaim from her clients, who credit her "for her expertise in compliance, especially New York-based regulations." In discussing her approach to client service, Pfister said, "Communication and problem solving are key to client service. I never tell my clients 'no' if something does not work."
