Manatt privacy and data security Partner Brandon Reilly has been named to Daily Journal’s 2021 “Top 40 Under 40” list, which celebrates lawyers in California under the age of 40 for their achievements each year.
Reilly was recognized for helping CVS Health develop a CCPA compliance framework for its retail, pharmacy and Aetna health plan business lines. Discussing this work, which began when CCPA was a ballot measure, Reilly highlighted that it was an evolving process designed to anticipate the different legal and business challenges that the Act might bring. “It’s not just understanding the legal environment, but also having a close understanding of what their business goals are, what the available technology is like, and what they really want to achieve. It really is a partnership in every sense of the word,” Reilly noted.
