Manatt Health National Advisor Paul Irving wrote an article for Working Nation about the importance of organizations supporting their family caregiver employees.
With a growing aging population, Irving wrote, the amount of people providing unpaid care to a family member has significantly increased, with the majority of those caregivers being employed. He continued, explaining how organizations can support their caregiving employees by providing flexible work arrangements and resources such as paid caregiving leave, for instance.
