Manatt Real Estate partners Clayton Gantz and Steve Edwards, and senior counsel Tom Muller coauthored an article for Development Magazine that outlines the economic impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the real estate industry. In the article, the authors look the behavior of borrowers and lenders  during the last economic downturn to present a series of recommended actions for both groups as they try to manage and avoid loan defaults in the commercial real estate industry.
