Gisella Soto supports the Firm’s pro bono efforts across all ten offices. She works closely with Manatt’s director of pro bono as well as the Firm’s full-time pro bono attorney, helping professionals integrate pro bono work into their daily practice. She also helps with managing and supervising the administration of the pro bono program by identifying, developing and implementing pro bono programs, policies and procedures that meet the mission and strategic goals of the Firm. In particular, Gisella coordinates the Firm’s adoption program and assists Manatt professionals preparing for adoption hearings. Dedicated to supporting children in the foster care system and their families, she reviews adoption case filings and assists on various benefits issues. She also supports the Firm’s pro bono work by providing translation assistance in immigration, adoption and other matters. Overall, Gisella strives to support the Firm’s pro bono initiatives.
