Gabriella Allaf is a law clerk in the Firm’s Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Manatt, Gabriella served as a summer associate at the Firm, where she contributed to various corporate transactions. She also held editorial roles at the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, enhancing her understanding of legal issues in the entertainment sector. Additionally, Gabriella completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Sandra L. Klein at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. During law school, she was a member of the Transactional Negotiation Team and served as Law Student Liaison for the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
