Emma Rutan is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s New York office. She has significant experience analyzing health data to inform various research projects, ranging from health justice to mental health to substance abuse, for both adults and children.

Throughout her studies at Yale University, Emma worked with several Native American health equity organizations, including the Black Hills Center for American Indian Health and the Indian Health Service, crafting community interventions and budget proposals to address health disparities.
