Emily Dieli Whitely is an associate in the firm’s New York office.
She is focusing on intellectual property, technology law, and healthcare-related legal matters. A graduate at Boston College Law School, Emily brings a strong background in legal consulting and externships, particularly in the healthcare and technology sectors.
Before joining Manatt, Emily served as a legal consultant, where she worked on matters related to mental health technology and regulatory compliance. She also completed a legal externship advising on public health policy and legal issues. Emily has published articles on emerging legal topics, including the impact of regulations on health-tech apps and the evolving copyright landscape in the context of NFTs. As an active member of the Boston College Intellectual Property & Technology Forum, Emily currently serves as Articles Editor, contributing to the forum’s thought leadership on cutting-edge legal issues.
