Elizabeth Boyes is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s Boston office, providing quantitative and qualitative research support and strategic advice on health care business and policy issues.

Before joining Manatt, Elizabeth worked as a policy analyst at ForHealth Consulting. In that role, Elizabeth worked on behavioral health policies, intergenerational care, justice system re-entry reform, and health care system delivery design. Previously, Elizabeth served as a legislative aide in the Massachusetts House of Representatives and as the coordinator for the Massachusetts Ellen Story Commission on Postpartum Depression where she advocated for maternal health legislation.
