Donna O’Brien is Manatt Health’s national advisor in the firm’s New York office. An experienced health care executive, she helps clients with strategic plans and facilitation of partnerships and she is a national thought leader on cancer program development and clinical trial capacity building and expansion.
Donna founded and serves as president of a consulting firm that supports health care projects for health systems, academic medical centers, research institutes and government agencies.
Donna’s prior executive experience includes serving as the executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Catholic Health Long Island, where she led the planning to form this integrated delivery system, and as an executive at MD Anderson Cancer Center. In her consulting work for the director of the National Cancer Institute, she supported the planning and implementation of community-based programs to advance cancer research and treatment across the country. She has served on many health care and managed care boards of directors across the country.
