Danielle Sokolov is a Manatt Health consultant in the firm’s Albany office.
Danielle assists health and behavioral health providers—including federally qualified health centers, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and home care providers—in the submission of certificate of need and licensing applications, competitive procurements, and Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment and change of ownership applications. Through this work, Danielle provides valuable support to clients including project management, data tracking, and financial analysis. Danielle is also experienced in the provision of regulatory support for matters before the New York State Department of Health, Office of Mental Health, Office of Addiction Services and Support, Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, and the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General.
Prior to joining Manatt, Danielle worked in the health law department of an Albany-based law firm.
