Caroline Servat is a manager with Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory practice of Manatt. She is based in the San Francisco office.

Caroline is experienced working across sectors to provide solutions to the societal challenges at the intersection of aging, health care and community development. She is adept at crafting legislative strategy and managing research initiatives related to financing and delivering long-term care, aging and urbanization, and tech-enabled health and home care.

Before joining Manatt, Caroline served as an associate director at the Milken Institute’s Center for the Future of Aging, where she lead a portfolio of programming and research related to integrated care and aging in communities, in addition to collaborative programs, initiatives, and communications campaigns.
