Carley Clemons is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s San Francisco office.

Carley has extensive consulting and research experience, including work with data involving the behavioral health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic that was presented to the North Carolina Secretary of Health and Human Services. She also draws from experience in direct service as a former educator and service coordinator for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Carley leads data analytics projects throughout all stages of work flow.
