Bio

Bryant M. Torres

Bryant Torres is a director with Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory practice of Manatt. With a background in analyzing and consulting on health care policy in the private and public sectors, he provides project management, strategic solutions and qualitative and quantitative research support to the full spectrum of health care stakeholders.

Before joining Manatt, Bryant served as an analyst for the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where he analyzed Medicaid claims and expenditure data, designed and implemented a review of Medicaid Personal Care Services, and formed public-private collaborative strategies for private sector health care stakeholders. While receiving his Master of Public Health at Emory University, he consulted on finance strategy and developed improvements to the service delivery model for an Atlanta nonprofit providing nutritious meals to citizens.

Bryant was previously with the University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine and Medical Center, where he served as a research coordinator within the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. His responsibilities included managing and providing research support for industry-sponsored clinical trials and other research projects.
