Benjamin Eidman is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. With a background in health care, patient safety and Medicaid programs, Benjamin focuses on upstream systems-level and policy interventions that can promote a safer, more equitable and more efficient healthcare system.
Before joining Manatt, Benjamin served as a Senior Research Program Coordinator at a prominent research center focused on reducing premature mortality in people with serious mental illness in Baltimore. With five years of practice as a public health professional across a range of clinical settings (including community health clinics and hospitals), Benjamin has worked on cutting edge implementation science research to inform scale-up strategies for evidence-based practices. Benjamin has also worked as a care coordinator in New York’s Medicaid Health Homes program, where he supported high utilization Medicaid beneficiaries in accessing health care and social services.
Benjamin is currently completing a Master of Science in Public Health in Health Policy from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, with an expected graduation date of 2025.
