Alexandra Krasovec is a Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) compliance and class action defense partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Alex is an experienced TCPA, telemarketing and class action practitioner with extensive knowledge and experience in the field and a superb reputation built over more than a decade of practicing exclusively in this space. She is trusted by clients to handle their most complex TCPA and state telemarketing class action litigation matters, which often bring potentially business-ending damages exposure. Having handled hundreds of such matters in state and federal courts nationwide, Alex assists clients to devise and implement a bespoke strategy that best fits the client’s goals, issues in the case and the plaintiff(s) and opposing counsel behind the claims. she is also an excellent negotiator and regularly secures satisfactory early resolution of such matters in line with clients’ strategic goals and needs. Before joining Manatt, Alex was a litigation associate for an international law firm, where she provided compliance advice and defended clients against individual claims and class actions arising out of federal and state consumer protection statutes, including the TCPA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65).
During law school, Alex was a judicial extern to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
