Megan K. Ingraham
Megan Kell Ingraham advises health care leaders on priority issues related to their strategic direction, organizational transformation and the ever-evolving policy landscape. She works with large health systems, health plans, state and local governments, and foundations.
With a focus on academic and pediatric institutions, Megan guides health systems through the complex implications of the post-reform landscape and market shifts toward value-based payments. She is experienced in new clinical delivery models, population health management, health plan formation, clinical partnership models and affiliation development, clinical integration, organizational and governance transformation, post-acute care strategy, cancer program planning, and Medicaid delivery system reform. Megan also advises medical and nursing schools on defining and realizing their three-part missions and aligning with partner academic health systems. Megan facilitates complex multistakeholder engagements that bring together various health care entities with the goal of improving care outcomes.
Previously, Megan was a manager at a global management consulting firm where she advised commercial and Medicaid health plans and health benefit exchanges on business strategy and policy. Prior to this, Megan was a research analyst with Mathematica Policy Research, evaluating state Medicaid and CHIP programs. In addition, she has advised health care organizations in East Africa on strategy and policy decisions.
