Lucy is a corporate and finance associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses broadly on transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, corporate finance, and contract negotiation.

In addition to her experience working with talent in the music industry, such as artists, producers and songwriters, Lucy has experience working with companies in all stages of their life cycles—from startups to public companies—and across a variety of industries, principally entertainment, financial services, consumer products, real estate and health care.
